Visit to the Pediatrician 7-30-08

Nia went to the pediatrician and weighed in at 7 pounds! Almost back to her birth weight. She is very healthy and doing great! The pediatrician gave some of the credit to Amy's unique take on "feeding Nia".

Grandma & Grandpa Kilbury Visit

Grandma and Grandpa Kilbury came from Arizona to meet and visit with Nia (and to help Mom and Dad!)

Nia is gaining weight 7-27-08

A nurse came to the house today and Nia is gaining weight. We're very excited. She was born at 7 pounds 2 ounces and when we left the hospital she was 6 pounds 9 ounces. Today she was 6 pounds 10 1/2 ounces, so things are going well.

Friends visit Nia

Nia has had lots of friends and visitors at the hospital and at home.

Leaving the Hospital 7-24-08

We stayed at the hospital for 2 days and 2 nights - got all the advice we could get from the nurses and then then they sent us home. Nia had a special blanket made by her Aunt Lynne to keep her warm and cozy coming home.

Nia is Born 7-22-08

Nia Anne Kilbury joined the crew up in Minneapolis on July 22nd at 4:42 PM, weighing in at the cutest 7 lbs. 2 oz. packed into the most perfect 20" you'll ever see on either side of the Mississippi.

And later that night she had her first bath.
