Boo at the Zoo - October 26

The girls put on their Halloween costumes and ran all around Boo at the Zoo.

Visit with Nana and Grandfather - October 26

Nia had fun rollerskating, going to the park, and sharing her scarecrow when Nana and Grandfather came down for a visit.

Apple Picking - September 28

We went apple picking and had beautiful weather.  They had pony rides there as well.  Nia's pony had allergies, so the horse wore a mask over her face to keep the sun and flies out of her face.  The mask acted like sunglasses for the horse ...very interesting.

First Day of School - September 3

Nia's first day of Kindergarten got off to good start with Nia writing the sign for these pictures.  Mommy got to ride the school bus too on the first day.  After that, it took a bit of adjusting, but Nia got in the routine of Kindergarten by the following week.

Vacation in Maine - August 18-23

Nia had a fun filled vacation to Maine.  She loved the cow barn at the Union Fair, feeding the bears at the Animal Sanctuary, building a fairy house at the Botanical Gardens, and digging in the garden and making mud pies.
